Jean-Marie Gobillard was founded by Gervais Gobillard in 1933 who purchased 5 acres in the famed Village of Haut-Villers birth of Champagne.
Situated in the heart of Champagne, 5 kilometers from Epernay, a true crossroads between the valley of the Marne and the Montagne de Reims, Hautvillers, incomparable site, dominates the vineyard with its Abbey where the Grand Cellier Dom Pérignon gave rise, around 1681, to the first champagne bubbles.
Thanks to its Benedictine monk, Hautvillers has become the most renowned village in the region. The geographical location of the vineyards of Maison J.M. Gobillard & Fils allows the production of the 3 Champagne varieties:

BEHIND THE WINES
30 years have passed, their values remain the same, the company is constantly expanding. Gervais and Jean Marie would certainly be proud of their descendants, but they never forget that, without their elders, they would not have had the chance to make you known and appreciate the Champagne JM GOBILLARD & FILS.
