Pimpernel Vineyards is a family run winery in the heart of the Yarra Valley, only 58 kilometres east of Melbourne’s CBD.
Pimpernel aims to create elegant, individual wines with an emphasis on traditional winemaking techniques. Inspired by the great wines and traditions of Burgundy and the Rhône Valley, their wines aim to offer an expression of its unique terroir.
Through the combination of dry land cultivation techniques and minimal intervention winemaking, Pimpernel Vineyards produces intensely flavoured wines that express their site and its climate.
