Tasting notes: The wine has a dense, satiny, pale, yellow-gold colour with silver-yellow highlights. The first nose evokes smells reminiscent of iodized spray with shades of aniseed herbs. It evolves with aeration to notes of brioche, star anise, apple, fresh butter, sweet almond and passion fruit.

The story of the Dampt brothers is a modern epic tale made of encounters, perseverance and convictions. They started on a modest farm: a straw cellar alongside the sheep.
Accompanied by their father, they undertake to revive the Vignoble du Tonnerrois. Year after year, harvest after harvest, they extend, build and make the exploitation prosper.
