Made in collaboration with Domaine Landron-Chartier in the Coteaux de la Loire, this single-vineyard Gamay was biodynamically farmed, hand-picked, and macerated for 10 days with native yeast without filtration or added sulphites and aged 9 months in amphorae. The result is a juicy and fruit-forward Gamay with a generous cherry and plum character with under a delicate layer of red flowers and spice.
