Tasting notes: The first nose is very fruity and reminds of black cherry. Then notes of ripe strawberries appear accompanied by slightly vanilla and toasted aromas. The attack on the palate is suave and delicate like velvet. The tannins are subtle, and the wine has a lot of elegance and presence on the palate. The finish is on small wild red fruits such as blackberries or blueberries.
About the winery: It all began with a meeting between Champagne and the Rhone Valley, around shared values of open-mindedness and respect for terroir. This encounter gave birth to a daring idea of creating a Champagne that is both rare and full of character: one that would portray the most trustworthy image of a single and unique year. This visions-capturing the very best portrait of a season - is the inspiration behind the name Stenope.
