A wine powerful by its concentration and its tannins of character. On the nose, an explosion of fresh red fruits.

    SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 to 18°C

THE STORY: The adventurous and sportif Paul Jacqueson has been at the head of this domaine for many years - but now his daughter Marie is heavily involved as the next generation moves in, this is no bad thing at all as she was named 'Young Winemaker of the Year' at the Hospices de Beaune in 2010 and she now represents the third generation of Jacquesons to be making wine here since her grandfather Henri started off in the 1950's with a small parcel of Aligoté. They are making wines of impeccable quality, close indeed to their much more expensive cousins on the Côte d'Or.
