Tasting notes: The nose is pleasantly rich; in particular, fruity notes, floral tones and mineral hints are distinguished. In the mouth it is soft, mineral, with final notes of honey, nuts and buttery.
About the winery: The Jobard-Morey estate is a family farm located in Meursault in Burgundy. Today, Remi Ehret and his nephew Valentin Jobard operate 4.25 hectares of vines. They are convinced that to develop a great wine, the work is first done in the vineyard in a reasoned way. Thus, they develop racy wines representative of each of their terroirs.
