With genuine respect for the environment, Jonathan doesn't push the vines to produce massively. This low-yield method, combined with biodynamic practices, allow the grapes to give the very best of it selves.\u003cbr\u003eThe 19 hectares domain is located in Loges, Pouilly-sur-Loire in France.\u003cbr\u003eThe appellation Pouilly-Fume is mainly known for white wines that are floral and fruity. There, the terroir is an association of a semi-continental climate with millions of years of old soil.
