THE STORY: Link between South Burgundy and north of Beaujolais, the “Saint-Véran” A.O.C. was created in 1971. It only produces white wines. It includes several villages on both sides of the “Pouilly-Fuissé” A.O.C., on the slopes of the rock of Solutré. Trénel’s Saint-Véran organic is produced on the municipality of Davayé, on parcels called Terre-Noire and Clos des Poncetys. These high-quality terroirs bring richness and a fine minerality to the wine. The vineyard is cultivated following the principles of organic farming, respectful of the environment and the tradition.
