As the name, Sancerre Florès, suggests, this cuvée is very floral. Fine crisp and very classic Sauvignon bland by Vincent Pinard, there is plenty of fruit here, lemon, lime and grapefruit zest with a ripe juicy acidity. A strong complex terroir dimension is obvious, too, with its chalky, mineral touches.

THE STORY: Installed in Bué, family Pinard now taken by Clement and Florent, but always under the eye of Father Vincent, continues its spectacular progress towards excellence in organic farming and will full requirement to transcribe the best each specific terroir. The parcel of Sauvignon are now quite outstanding, elbow to elbow with two or three other areas of the appellation. The Pinot Noir have still no equivalent... and remain very rare coins...
