The cuvée comes from a small plot of just 30 ares, located on the place called Les Crays, occupying a steep slope, well draining, with fairly deep soil of limestone marl. The vines of about fifteen years benefit from an exposure to the South, ideal for the maturity of this late grape variety.

TASTE PROFILE: Dress: Golden Nose: Incredibly expressive and rich: stone fruit (peach), quince jelly, exotic fruits, mango in the head, berlingots with citrus, limoncello, almond, fir honey, cast iron, starfish Palate: The complexity is confirmed, in a very balanced register between a concentrated matter, a true vegetal freshness and a very long finish, on the empyreumatic mineral.
