The soil is mineral and rich in limestone, a rare and wonderful mosaic of indigenous grape varieties, a Mediterranean climate influenced by the breezes coming from the lake nearby and an ideal South-Southwest exposure.

Combined with skilful and passionate work in the vineyards and with the appassimento technique*, the result allows a high concentration of sugars in the grapes, leading to full-bodied but dry red wines, with vibrant and intense aromas.

*Appassimento Technique: the process of natural partial dehydration of grapes to produce a greater concentration of colours, aromas and flavours in the wine.
