Very limited in volume, cuvées are rare and savvy wine lovers snatch these bottles of exception. This Savoyard domain of 5 hectares, called "shared domain", was converted into organic farming in 2005 and then into non-certified biodynamics.
Gilles Berlioz's estate is harvested by hand and the ploughed land on horseback. Indeed, he and his wife are working the soil in search of the best possible balance. According to the lunar cycle, the vines are treated with respect to minerals, algae, and plant decoctions.
