Tasting notes: The vines of Domaine Emilian Gillet flourish on a limestone soil which gives the wine a particular mineral freshness that blends into aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers.
About the winery: The estate founded in 1988 by Jean Thévenet bears the name of Emilian Gillet, ancestor winemaker of the Thevenet family. The vines are in the hamlet of Quintaine and extend over approximately 10 hectares of limestone soil.
Gautier Thevenet works the vines in the same spirit of respect for nature to allow the terroir to express itself as well as possible. Freshness and minerality make the typicity of this wine with notes of white flowers.
