Tasting notes: A very complex nose: honey, quince, caramel, violet juice, yellow flowers, fruits (peach, pomelo, citrus). A fleshy and generous wine on the attack. Beautiful momentum, beautiful uprightness. A feeling of perfectly controlled power. Very long finish carried by noble bitters evoking grapefruit skin.

About the winery:
Domaine Hauvette is located in Saint-Remy de Provence. The owner, Dominique Hauvette, offers wines with a strong personality. She works her vines in organic farming to bottle wines as close as possible to this magnificent terroir. Since 2003, Dominique has implemented a method of biodynamic cultivation and cultivates his vines on very low yields. She was elected winegrower of the year by the Revue du Vin de France in January 2020.
