About the Winery:Jean-François Ganevat is a well-regarded, minimal interventionist wine producer based in the commune of Rotalier (more precisely in the hamlet of La Combe de Rotalier), in the mountainous Jura wine region of eastern France. The domaine has been family-owned since 1650 and is currently run by Jean-François Ganevat, who previously trained and worked at Domaine Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet.
