Gilles Berlioz, a former landscaper, set out on a wine adventure in 1990 with his wife Christine.
Curious and humble, these two passionate do not relax their efforts to produce great wines.
And their efforts are rewarded because today the estate is part of the must-see wines of Savoie.
Their life force, they draw on their education at work and the wealth of their human encounters based on sharing, curiosity, trust and exchange.
Very limited in volume, cuvées are rare and savvy wine lovers snatch these bottles of exception.This Savoyard domain of 5 hectares, called "shared domain", was converted into organic farming in 2005 and then into non-certified biodynamics.
The varietals present on the different parcels are Persian (15%) and Mondeux Noire (85%) for reds and Roussanne (80%) and Jacquère (11%) for whites.
The estate of Gilles Berlioz is harvested by hand and the plowed land on horseback. Indeed, he and his wife are working the soil in search of the best possible balance.
The vines are treated with respect to minerals, algae and plant decoctions according to the lunar cycle.
